I believe we are all uniquely created. We all have a story to write. A life lived without purpose is a life of aimless wandering — and I've spent 30 years watching business owners discover that truth in the hardest possible way.
I'm an Executive Leadership Coach with over 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning entrepreneurial ventures, retail, sales, multi-unit operations, and manufacturing. I've led at every level — from small businesses to Fortune 500 organizations — and I've seen what happens when leaders lack the vision, culture, and tools to execute at the highest level.
I've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Executive Coaches, Executive Forums, CPAs, Attorneys, Realtors, Builders, Government Contractors, Small Business Owners, CEOs, C-Suite leaders, and Middle Management across industries and markets. No two organizations are the same — but the leadership gaps are almost always familiar.
My calling now is to stand beside the leader who is tired of going it alone — and help them build something they're actually proud to drive home to.

At the center of everything I do is faith. I believe that God-honoring leadership isn't a Sunday concept — it belongs in the boardroom, on the shop floor, and in every difficult conversation a business owner has to have.
My coaching is grounded in biblical principles of servant leadership, stewardship, and extreme ownership. I don't separate the faith from the work. The most powerful thing a leader can do is show their team what it looks like when purpose, integrity, and accountability all point in the same direction.
That's what Christian leadership looks like in practice. And that's what we build together.

Executive experience inside major national organizations, building high-performing teams, leading culture change, and navigating complex organizational dynamics at scale.
Deep, personal coaching relationships with service businesses, retail operators, and sales organizations — typically 3–100 employees — helping owners step out of the day-to-day and back into leadership.
Leads monthly Christian Executive Forums for business owners, CEOs, and directors — creating trusted peer communities where faith, business wisdom, and personal growth intersect.
Trained in Motivation Code (MCode) assessments and impact coaching. Uses proven frameworks to identify what drives individuals and teams — then builds strategy around those motivations.
BEYOND THE WORK
When I'm not coaching or leading a workshop, you'll find me with my wife Stephanie — my partner in everything. We love spending time on the lake, traveling, and finding the best food wherever we go.
We share our home with our two pups, Belle and Ally, who remind us every day that joy doesn't need a strategy.
I'm incredibly blessed with two successful children, Reed and MK. Visiting them and just hanging out is one of the best parts of life. And if there's a big Alabama football or basketball game on — you know exactly where to find us.
The outdoors recharge me. Golf every chance I get — it's the one place where patience, focus, and a little humility all come into play at once. Sounds a lot like leadership, honestly.
